Justin Liu of Mercer Hong Kong talks with HRadio about results of a recent Mercer survey that shows how companies are using short- and long-term incentives to realign executive pay with changes in organizational strategy, looks at areas coming under increased review, and explains cultural issues that may arise when developing pay programs.
