Get real-time answers to your employee engagement questions
With greater stress on workforces worldwide, many HR leaders are asking: How are tough times affecting employee engagement at my organization? Starting in December, Mercer's new SWIFT (State of the Workforce In Fast-changing Times) survey program will provide answers by tracking quarterly changes in key engagement measures. The 21-question online survey analyzes how employees rank elements of the employment deal and determines overall levels of engagement.
